DRAGONFLY CANCER TRUST

The Rust 2 Dust Rally proudly supports Dragonfly Cancer Trust. Each car in the rally carries a personal dedication (a name or message chosen by the crew) displayed on the car throughout the event. 10% of rally proceeds are donated to Dragonfly.

I understand that my car will carry a Dragonfly Cancer Trust dedication during the rally, and I consent to Dragonfly Cancer Trust using my motivation story (if provided) in their fundraising communications.

TERMS, CONDITIONS & DECLARATION

All declarations must be confirmed before you can submit your registration.

I have read, understood and agree to the full Rust 2 Dust Rally 2027 terms and conditions and participant waiver. I understand that participation in the rally involves inherent risk and I accept these risks voluntarily. I understand that my car's purchase price is scored against a £999 baseline (the lower the price, the more points I score; paying more than £999 scores negatively), and I consent to providing proof of purchase at the scrutineering day. I understand that attendance at the pre-rally scrutineering day is mandatory for all participants and that failure to attend (without prior agreement from the organiser) may result in withdrawal of my entry without refund. I confirm that all registered participants in this entry are, or will be, 18 years of age or older by 9 April 2027 (the rally departure date). I consent to LMR Management Ltd processing my personal data for the purposes of organising the Rust 2 Dust Rally 2027, including sharing relevant data with ferry operators, hotels, and the first aider as described in our Privacy Policy. I understand I have the right to request erasure of my data after the event. I authorise LMR Management Ltd to charge the balance of my entry fee (£2,298) to the card I am about to pay my deposit with, on 9 January 2027. I understand I will be emailed in advance of that date confirming the amount, and that I can pay earlier, change the card, or cancel the automatic payment at any time by contacting the organiser.
